Maca & Cacao Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk*
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
*may substitute with other plant-based milks
Instructions
Step 1
Combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, almond butter, maca powder, cacao powder, and vanilla extract in an airtight container. Whisk mixture until well combined.
Step 2
Refrigerate mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Serve and enjoy for breakfast, and afternoon snack, or dessert!
