Maca & Cacao Overnight Oats

  • cups  unsweetened almond milk (may substitute with other plant-based milks)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, almond butter, maca powder, cacao powder, and vanilla extract in an airtight container. Whisk mixture until well combined.
  • Refrigerate mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy for breakfast, and afternoon snack, or dessert!
