- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 1 small carrot
- 1 cup oat milk (may substitute with other plant-based milks)
Optional Toppings
- 1 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh strawberries
